Get Your Socks Off Baby
September 18, 2007

Never mind get your rocks off baby, get your socks off baby!

I am back in LA for a flying visit and arrive at the tail end of a hot dingedy dog heat wave, which I took advantage off big style and burst me babs out for a toasting by the hotel pool.

It's been over 100 degrees here for days and I am the only daft one out in it (don't worry I am in the shade, not even I am that hardcore).

People are darting indoors to soak in the air con and I am dining alfresco and I am doing it with a big smile on my face.

"Give me a break I have just spent three months in the wettest summer Britain has experienced in 600 years"

I am definitely exhausted from the four weeks of bouncing up and down on the cobbled streets at the Edinburgh Fringe but I am pleased to say that all the jumping around and attacking people with flyers did pay off.

I had sold out shows and received great reviews and good publicity both in the national and local press thanks to Mel, Bex and Sarah at Impressive PR.

I managed to do a wee bit of drinking, eating and mixing with the locals and even had a go blowing a guys bagpipe!

But the BIG news is whilst up there I was offered a three week run at The New End Theatre in Hampstead, London and open Tuesday 2nd to Sunday 21st October, so if you're in London and haven't seen the one hour version of Rolling with Laughter then please do come along and tell your friends too - check out London section.
